SQL Focus: Very deep focus on complex SQL queries, Joins, Triggers, and Stored Procedures.
QA Concepts: Questions on SDLC, STLC, test case design, defect life cycle, and manual testing methods.
Automation: Basic questions on automation frameworks or OOPs concepts if the role requires it.
Pre-HR / HR Interview: Focuses on behavioral questions, stability, salary expectations, and project experience.
Managerial Round: A technical/behavioral discussion with the Hiring Manager or Business Unit Head to assess project fit.
