I had applied through college or university.
There were mainly 3 stages for the entire recruitment process.
1) Aptitude test: It consisted of both technical and quantitative. The Quant part also consisted of C codes along with general aptitude and analytic questions.
2) HR Round: It was a mere formality, to test your communication and language skills.
3) Technical Round: Basic C,C++ and DBMS queries were asked to write on a piece of paper.
Overall procedure was quite standard, but the executives conducting the entire process (Aptitude) had a very confused look. The weren't sure about the number of candidates to shortlist for further process , and on what basis.
