Interview
Was contacted by a recruiter from my resume on a job board site and received an interview 3 days later. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. I interviewed one on one with a recruiter and was then asked to take a computer assessment which took about 45-50 mins. After taking the assessment, I went over things again one on one with the same recruiter and was offered a position with a start date a week from the interview.

I was first contacted by phone after I had completed my application and was asked questions if had been convicted or charged with a crime, if I was willing to take a drug test and do a background check, I agreed to both. I was interviewed in person by a manager, he was very polite during the process, asked if I had any questions for him about his experience there. He said it is what you make of it, some people complain and leave others work hard and move up.
