Xerox Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

I was first contacted by phone after I had completed my application and was asked questions if had been convicted or charged with a crime, if I was willing to take a drug test and do a background check, I agreed to both. I was interviewed in person by a manager, he was very polite during the process, asked if I had any questions for him about his experience there.
