Interview
I applied online but since my spouse already worked there, I did a walk in as well. They had me fill out an application form then took the assessment which was sample calls, behavioral and personality test as well as a typing test. After that, I waited to be interviewed by the hiring manager. My hiring manager was really great. I was very relaxed and we both had a great time. At the end she offered me the job.
I applied online. I interviewed at Xerox (Vancouver, BC) in Jul 2012
Interview
Received phone call for screening process. Fairly simple questions seeing if candidate can speak fluently. Next is an online reasoning test that tests sales skills. Afterwards, there is a one-on-one interview at the Xerox main office, with a representative from the Xerox-Authorized Independent Agency. They ask fairly straight-forward HR questions. Finally, they call you in for a 30 minute role-play interview, where you explain what you would do in a certain scenario.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Xerox (Salt Lake City, UT) in Sep 2012
Interview
It was short and easier that expected. reaction based questions. However, I think the training is just a continuation of the interview. You either pass or you fail and you may not even be able to continue in the training.
