Interview
Found job online and applied online. Was contacted back and had initial phone interview about myself and why I wanted to work there. It was a very simple interview, but it didn't seem like the interviewer knew about me or had even read my resume. I had to do a video interview as well where I had to record myself answering questions so they could see how I spoke and if I was a nervous person. Then I came on site for a final interview and was interviewed by five different employees separately for behavioral type questions.
