Xerox Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

three interviews for the position very detailed and intricate. Interviewers were knowledgeable and congenial. They were usually positives with responses given but hardly questioned details on management style. Started out very intense but eased after a half an hour or so. discussed personal hobbies and interests and family. Very interesting discussion on social media usage. I was impressed.

Standard interview. Professionally done. Computer testing of basic typing and knowledge of systems. After the interview, I was sent to do an UA at Quest. The interview took about 10 minutes: it took a week for the background, UA & college education check to be confirmed. Training was then 7 weeks. Perfect attendance was mandatory.
