Xerox CSR interview questions

Interview was basic. Interviewer advised me that it would be a contract job (3 months) but was actually longer. Interviewed, took listening test and drug test all in one day (about a 4 hour process so cancel all other plans). Was called to start training the next week.

No interview, just had to take a computerized test. After I passed, they complained that I have a degree and shouldn't be working there. I had to beg for the job! Little did I know I was making a huge mistake
