Xerox CSR interview questions

Simple, asked availability? Could you make it to training? Previous call center experience? Passed the interview then preformed a couple of skills test, I passed both of them also. Was asked to submit to drug test and background check, I was then offered the job.

Very easy,simple interview. Hardest part is the assessments. As long as you canpass the drug test and backgroundcheck there shouldnt be any reason you wont be and offered a position.
