Interview
It was a breeze. They basically hired anyone who walked through the door because they had to fill hellish flex(meaning full-time, seasonal) inbound call-center positions. I was excited and nervous about it because I was in my early 20s at the time and didn't know what I was getting myself into. Generally, there is no reason to be nervous for an interview. If you simply show up, be respectful, honest, and genuine about your intentions, you should be fine.
