boring, not comfortable, basic questions, tight room, couldn't conversate much with the interviewer as they seem not interested.
Submitted an online application,
got a call from the manager and asked if I was still looking,
setup a date to interview in person,
got an offer after interview

After that I took a nap and was awoke with a call, they wanted a interview the next day. The next day came in, as i sit down he was speaking as if i already have job. I memorized all the questions on glass door but didnt need to because he only asked me about myself. A filled out paperwork right then and there.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Walmart (Kansas City, KS) in Mar 2014
Interview
Pretty automated and informal. The people in the process were fair and understanding, but rest of it was fairly cold and impersonal. There were a lot of steps for a starting position in retail.
