The interview process was not as bad as I expected. The staff and managers were kind and asked general interview questions and I was luckily able to get the job.

Comes of two round; online assessment and group discussion round. Online assessment is basically to assess the customer service attitude of a candidate and Group discussion round where they gave some scenarios
It was a group interview with roughly 8-10 questions and we spoke to various managers at a time, each person had about 2-3 mins to speak and give their answers
