Applied...two weeks later...interview...one week later...hired...two days CBL's...then on floor...then very little support from managment, learn as you go...no follow up and evals stanerdized...was told,twice,"It does not matter what you do, you are only going to get... (not top score)"

They call you after applying online and ask you to come in for a short interview. If you get hired, which most people do get a callback you'll participate in group orientation.
