They emailed me a project where I had to develop the strategy for a product line for the e-commerce site. It was very detailed in what they wanted I asked follow up questions for market research answers but was not given further information.

Question 1
I was asked to design a strategy for a product line. Very little information was given and a presentation was required.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Walmart (Cambridge, MN) in May 2016
Interview
Extremely easy. I interviewed to work in the bakery. They only asked me one question, something like "when have you gone above and beyond for a customer?" The interviewer seemed more interested in screening bad apples than finding the top candidates - this made sense later when I got the job and discovered that they were very understaffed in the bakery.

Question 1
When have you gone above and beyond for a customer?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Walmart (Bentonville, AR) in Feb 2019
Interview
Aced the initial HR phone interview. Recruited liked me and gave me a date to meet with the hiring managers. It was a panel interview over video call with 2 directors. I did very well in the interview and felt confident. I wasn't stumped on any question and had prepared. And the two of them seemed to like me. About 3 weeks later I contacted them to find out what my status was. They said they moved on and just never bothered letting me know. I thought that was a little rude. I found out later that big companies like this tend to already have people in mind for the position, but just have to meet a quota of the amount of people they need to interview to not seem biased.
