Interview
Automated initial reach out.
My scheduled meeting with a recruiter they did not show up.
I then had three people call me once the missed meeting passed to interview me on the spot. I can not accommodate that with currently working and having meetings.
Rescheduled through a 800 recruiting number for my initial interview. This interview was something like a general overview of citizenship and background etc.
I had my first interview with three directors and it was unstructured but with a lot of structured questions.
I would have expected a prep time for the type of questions I was being asked. It was also very hard to bounce from one persons question / follow yo to the next persons question and follow ups as they all seemed to have different approaches / needs based on team
There was no feedback or follow up from recruiting and I had to reach out for my status about two weeks later. The email said they were moving forward with other candidates and I have no gotten a response around feedback the interviews could provide.
Pretty scattered process, unrealistic in 40 minutes to thoughtfully answer all the questions as well as the different directors objectives seemed very different.

Interview
A little confusing working through the recruiter phase but panel interview was very comfortable. A long time in between application and hearing back about scheduling the first interview but had regular updates from then on.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Questions about leadership and responsibility roles. They wanted specific examples of issues, what choices I made to overcome them, and what were the results.
