They ask you literally like 2 questions about customer service and then they talk for a while about what you your position will be and your duties. Then if they give you the job you will know on the spot. If they say they will call you, you most likely won't get it.

The process was very easy. Asked basic questions. I’m not sure if they pay much attention to your scheduling needs, however. Just answer honestly, and you will be fine. If you do have any scheduling issues, be sure to tell them so they can adjust your schedule if it suits their needs.

Interview
Fairly good. Easy and basic leadership questions were asked. It was taken by my current manager. No HR round was scheduled, Just a phone call to check my availability for the interview date selecting email.
Group interview, with 3 other candidates and 2 interviewers.
Interviewers were friendly, asked behavioral questions, availability and so on.
Also asked about the aspirations and why choosing this company. Also had to describe scenarios and how you handle them.
