The interview was with the Personnel Coordinator and Assistant Manager, we discussed job history. Becoming a part of Wal-Mart, future steps if hired. Discussed if there was previous history with the company. If I had any references.

What makes you different from any other person that applies for the same position?
Phone interview and then asked to come in for in person interview. The hiring manager asked typical interview questions. Why do you want to work here? And asked bout scheduling availability,
There was a lot of questions but overall it went pretty decent. They were your standard interview questions. I am happy with the outcome but maybe I could do better next time.
The interview was brief but straight forward. I interviewed with someone and was done within 15 minutes. They asked a few questions about myself and past job experience. Then I progressed to the next steps in the hiring process. The next steps where orientation.
