I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Walmart (Bessemer, AL) in Jun 2025
Interview
Manager and Assistant Manager came and was involved with questions but a good experience overall from both sides of the spectrum which was not the only interview that I encountered.
Interview process is pretty chill, especially if you are already a Walmart employee since they are a vendor company. If you have cashier experience elsewhere, it's a major plus. Apply either on official Walmart website or Job portals like LinkedIn or Indeed. Initial HR screening round plus on-site job related questions could be expected.
