Most questions were based on tell me a time when you????? ex. had to resolve a conflict between employees or had to assist an unhappy customer.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Walmart (New York, NY) in Jun 2013
Interview
They never called me. I have a degree as well so I'm going to look elsewhere. As in I'm going to find a new job from dept mgr, since I have to continue waiting on an opening for Assistant manager when everytime I apply the job goes to someone else that they want to hire at another store. My store has people lined up and although they keep telling me I'm going to get the next one... I don't. So I need a freaking career tired of waiting ... I'm like the only college grad of my year that's still looking for a career- really annoying. Other than that the company isn't bad just wish they'd do something about they in the click hiring process.
