Waitrose interview questions

Got invited to a first round group interview. Was asked to perform group analytical tasks as well as asking what we thought the company would want from the job. The answer here was to list it from the job requirements. I got called back for a one on one where they had asked about previous work experiences such as disagreeing with a customer/colleague, etc. Got a call a week later saying I had got the job.
