I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Waitrose (Londres, Angleterre) in Aug 2015
Interview
The interview was quite okay. at first you had to introduce yourself to the rest of your group, as my interview was 2 teams split into 4 each. At this point the section manager usually goes to make a photocopy of your passport, while you tackle a task. the task includes up to 6 different scenarios, and each member of the group has to by themselves think of a solution to the problem . e.g one scenario, there was no soap in the bathroom , so the resolution to that would be to make sure that there was a daily rota between the partners at wait rose to ensure that the soap doesn't run out e.t.c.
the group interview took about 20 minutes.
key points: make sure to stand out, this is the only time that the manager can see how you interact with other people. If you are quiet you will not get noticed and probably wont get the job.
;be the first for everything, be the first person to introduce yourself, be the one that's the scribe.
one on one: several general questions e.g; how would you ensure the quality of food, tell me about yourself?, have you been in a situation where you have had to give feedback. etc

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Waitrose (Abingdon, Angleterre)
Interview
Applied online and was invited to a group interview within 2 weeks. Interview involved an ice breaker exercise, talking about yourself briefly in front of everyone else and a group task involving advertising a product we were given. I was later invited to a very informal second interview and offered the job.
