Waitrose interview questions

Filled out two online question forms / situational judgement tests. After passing these lengthly tests i was offered an interview. The following week I had the interview with two other candidates. One had worked at the store for two years before and new all the employees, so it was clear they were wasting my time. She had already go the job. Overall the interview process was good. First had a group exercise where we had to pick out the most significant problems a store could face. Before a 1:1 interview which was good.

I got there a few minutes late, but the staff were really understanding and nice about it. Everyone had their interview but there was no time for me to have a solo interview before the group one, so we proceeded with the group interview. It went okay, I thought some of the people were trying too hard. I had my solo interview after this, which was really reassuring and comfortable.
