Waitrose interview questions

Started with a 1 on 1 interview where standard questions were asked, where they were trying to see what type of person you are. The interviewer was very kind and friendly, offering a drink after the interview, making you feel very welcome. This was followed by a group interview of 8 people discussing solutions to made up scenarios - where there were 5 or so of the management team assessing the contribution to the discussion. Make sure you do input into solutions, but make sure it is moderate. Don't speak too much, but also don't be too quiet!
