It was a long time ago. But I was getting out of a video game school and Ubisoft was really pro-active to get new talents. They came at our school, got the recommandations from our teachers then gave a try to almost all the studio for an interview.
It was (and still is) a 1vs3 interview. You usually meet an HR folk, then a manager and finally a veteran or senior employee in the position you apply.
It's mostly gentle talks about your motivations, your origins, what in your experience can give you more values than other, your type of personality, the way you solve problem, classic stuff, but they give you the time to answer and they know how to make you feel comfortable.
