The process included an application submission, an HR screening call, a Hiring Manager interview, and a four stage full loop with cross functional stakeholders. I was not selected after completion.

The main questions were why I applied for this specific Uber role, how my experience aligns with the team’s scope, and how many stakeholders I have managed and influenced in complex cross functional environments.

Interview
Had five rounds - Screening, leadership, tech depth, product sense and JAM. It was not in any order or sequence. Tech depth round was about system design. In product sense the discussion was more about my past than the product sense.

How would you decide the uber cancellation charge?
Design uber for large events.
Recruiter screen, hiring manager round, then a take home that you present and also 2 product case type questions. The take home they gave a lot of time for it. The whole thing took several weeks because of all the scheduling.
