Messy. I've interviewed for various jobs with them, and consistent has been that they have poor communication, and require a lot of my time (especially for the take-home assignment) without valid reason.
The initial reach out, instructions and interview confirmation were very quick, informative and helpful- Overall very impressive.
Post interview communication is awful. I interviewed with the hiring manager on 9/1 who advised that the recruiter would be reaching out within the week with further instructions. With no word back I reached out on 9/13 to check on status, the recruiter advised that he had no update from the hiring manager but would promptly connect with him. On 9/19 after receiving no subsequent communication I reached back out again and have not received a response.
Professional ghosting isn’t a great reputation to have.
