Uber Engineering Manager interview questions

Seven meetings, mostly asking about experiencie, skills, and what would you do to X or Y ? type of questions. Meetings with HR, VPE, CTO, and COO. The process took about two months, I made it to the final interview with CTO

Interview was scheduled for 5 rounds and the complete schedule was sent two days before. On the day of interview, finished with the first few rounds. I was waiting for a couple of hours for further rounds and the interviewers were not available. I think the whole interview process was not planned well. In one of the rounds, interviewer was yawning continuously and my hopes shattered as the interviewer did not seem interesting and serious They did not even conduct any technical round as planned.
