UPS Shift Supervisor interview questions

Was brief and to the point. They know what they’re looking for. I think they’re most receptive to former/ current employees/ contractors. On these lower-management positions, they’re mostly looking for someone who has already demonstrated leadership.

Interview was conducted by multiple supervisors. Was very professional and informal. Both interviewers were engaging, and answered all my questions. The atmosphere was hospitable and I felt very comfortable. Everything was explained to me plainly as well as thoroughly explaining anything I was not sure of.
