Trane Technologies Software Engineer interview questions

2 Technical rounds followed by a HR round. Where all coding related topics- data structures and OOPS concepts, algorithms are asked followed by project, work experience or internships. In HR interview basic HR questions are asked.

All questions outside of being able to explain my own background were very Behavioral based. They also like STAR format so practice that and you’ll do well. Actually didn’t focus a ton on my resume, however I don’t know if that’s always the case.
