I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Trane Technologies (Noblesville, IN) in Nov 2024
Interview
The interview went by really smoothly. I was interviewed by a mechanical engineer in their Tennessee office that's been with them for a long time. He asked around 4-5 behavioral questions that were easy to answer. No technical questions. Before the interview, HR sent a "guide" on how to answer these behavioral questions with examples of the type of question they would ask. They emphasize using the STAR method.
