Thomson Reuters Editor interview questions

Very pleasant interview process. I was informed in a timely manner of the stages and the outcome of the interview. The interview panel was also very personable and pleasant. I enjoyed the interview

I went through 4 interviews over a period of several months and was then was asked to complete a task to apparently help the hiring manager decide between remaining candidates. I did this, which involved a considerable amount of work, at very short notice and submitted it ahead of the deadline given and then was ghosted. Neither the hiring manager nor the recruiters I spoke to responded to my emails again. Considering the amount of time and effort I had given to the process, informing me of their decision was the least they could have done. It left a really bad impression of what working there must be like. I found out months later they hired someone internal and very junior looking for the role (they apparently do that a lot because it’s cheaper for them.)
