I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Third Bridge
Interview
First round interview was a phone call with a recruiter where I was asked about my understanding of Third Bridge and the role, as well as some basic competency questions.
Second round was a 90-minute interview with two members of the Forum team. They asked me additional competency questions. After this, there was a quick case study, where I had a few minutes to read an article, talk about potential questions an investor might have, and go through a supply chain. The case study was followed by a Mock Call/Mock Pitch. That was the most awkward and nerve-wracking part. Overall, everyone involved was very nice and helpful throughout the process. I came in prepared with a bunch of questions for the interview and everyone was eager to give me detailed answers.
My advice is to have specific STAR method stories for each of the competency questions prepared, so you're not scrambling in the moment.

Tell me about a time when you were given feedback or constructive criticism.
Very nice people and the conversation flowed well. Only a first round interview but felt comfortable and was not asked to many challenging questions. Overall I would recommend people apply here. Seems like a great company to work for?
The person who interviewed me was extremely personable which made for a more relaxed interview environment. They asked mostly behavioral questions and circumstances that I had previously had that applied to the role I was applying to.
