I applied online. I interviewed at Third Bridge (Londres, Angleterre) in Jan 2018
Interview
Submitted my CV and within 24 hours I received a phone call back to schedule a telephone interview. Really friendly initially.
Advice- I would read through all the example questions posted and prepare those as they clearly ask the same questions every time.
The actual interview wasn't great, very robotic and not a real conversation, which made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I was then told I would be notified of the outcome and heard nothing for weeks, I had to send a couple of follow up emails. I then received a templated response from a "no-reply" email address. I have read so many frustrated employers who think those applying for jobs are rude when they do not reply to a rejection email but I think to not even bother to reply to my email and just send a generic one out was evident of their lack of effort. Would be embarrassed to work for a company that cannot be bothered to follow up and send out emails from a "no-reply" address so I cannot even acknowledge the response.
Applied Online and then went through a competency-based phone interview. I found the questions not to be related to job role and the interviewer seemed not really interested in the conversation

Interview
Although the phone interview did feel very scripted and I didn't enjoy it as much as at other places, it doesn't represent at all the actual in person interview. I actually enjoyed the in person interview. It wasn't easy but it also wasn't unreasonably difficult. If you really put in the effort and prepare, as you should for any interview, you will do just fine. In comparison to other interviews I've had with similar companies in NYC, it was one of the more positive ones.
