I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Third Bridge (New York, NY) in Oct 2016
Interview
After applying, went through a phone screening and then was invited to interview in Manhattan. Hiring rep was very helpful and provided some coaching. Interview included two panels and a case study. Unfortunately I got stuck in a cab like an idiot and was late, so that probably reflected poorly. Seemed like a great place to work though.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Third Bridge (Londres, Angleterre) in Nov 2016
Interview
I attended a university careers event and heard about Third Bridge through this. I gave my details to the recruiter there and received an email within a week asking for my CV and availability to take a phone call. I subsequently sent off my CV and was invited to a telephone interview within around a week. I was told that it would last about 25 minutes and would be a competency based interview. Their key competencies were adaptability, coachable, engaging and fearless. Although I didn't receive an offer I got valuable feedback as to why this was.
