I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Third Bridge
Interview
There were three interviews and they were all over the phone, except the final one was a video interview. The first was pretty basic. They were just asking what I thought the position was, what the company does, and a little bit more about my experience. The second was more behavioral and situational and the final one was a case study.

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Third Bridge (Los Angeles, CA) in Nov 2019
Interview
I sent in my resume, then within a few days I was contacted by a recruiter. I tried to apply a week or two ago, and I didn’t hear back. I decided to update my resume to focus more on business and leadership rather than my other extracurriculars. Within 1-3 days, I got the email to set up a phone call.
I actually thought this interview was harder than other interviews I’ve had because they ask to quantify something you’ve achieved in the past. I tried to showcase more soft skills than hard skills, but it’s good to use the STAR method which is what I eventually tried to do.
So, come prepared. I wish my interviewer was a bit more conversational, but the questions were pretty straightforward.
Still waiting on whether I moved through the interview process.

I didn't advance past the initial phone screen, competition is so tight right now (COVID) they have to decide who moves onto the additional ~30 in-depth phone screen. Recruiter told me they hire 2-3 candidates monthly, and out of the 300+ applications I'm seeing, it's a battle to get hired.
Starting pay: $52,000 that bumps after you've passed the preliminary period lasting 6-12 months. After the preliminary period you are also eligible for bonuses that are about $4000 yearly.
