Third Bridge interview questions

I had a first virtual call with the acquisition recruiter that lasted about thirty minutes. Learned more about the role and talked about my work background/experience. He thought I was a good fit. I was sent a design task and a presentation session to review the task was scheduled with the product team. The presentation went exceptionally well and I was told the solution I designed was exactly what was needed. They said they would share an update with the next steps. I didn't hear back for over a week and I sent an email to follow up. Still didn't get any response. A week later, he sent an email saying he had been on leave (which wasn't communicated) and apparently, the role had been offered to someone else while he was out of office. He mentioned that the team members I had met earlier felt I had come across very well and would be interested in speaking in the future, which makes no sense. He also said in the mail that he would get detailed feedback from them and share with me, which I am yet to receive till today.

The interview were done in three stages. The initial stage was done with the HR representative, the second one was case study and the last one was with the senior level person regarding the culture fit.
