Interview
First interview with recruiter-there was a lot of miscommunication about scheduling and such but the interview itself went smooth and the recruiter was really sweet.
Second interview-was supposed to be with a VP of some sorts but I got pushed through to the next step beforehand
Third interview- case study. My recruiter was amazing at keeping me super informed and even had a prep call with me for like 20 minutes answering all my questions and walking me through it. I spent probably 10 hours through the week studying for it and memorizing a lot of info but probably did more than necessary. The interviewers were extremely sweet and walked me through the whole process, consistently giving me helpful feedback. There was no pressure to get the “right answer” or “do it correctly”, they were really just wanting to see how coachable you are and how your brain processes information. It was really informative and I learned a lot.
Final interview- with 2 directors who had been with the company around a decade. They were very kind and it was really short so there’s not much info you need to know other than what was covered in the case study.
All in all, my recruiter kept me very very informed and was super quick to answer any questions and inform me of next steps. I found out within 20 minutes how the interviews went. Was never ever kept in the dark and had constant encouragement from my recruiter and all the interviewers. Definitely the best interview experience I’ve ever had (and I’ve had a LOT) and a lot of that was because of my recruiter. It was a pretty difficult process, I’m not going to lie. They really want to make sure you want this and you’re willing to work hard for it. If you want the job, study your butt off. They give you the resources to ace it and you need to do a lot of independent research. For everyone saying it’s a lot for an entry level role, maybe it feels like that but entry level doesn’t mean “easy” it just means you don’t have to have relevant experience.
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are thrilled to hear that you had a positive experience and that you were successful!
