Third Bridge interview questions

Initial interview asked general behavioral questions. They wanted to see interest in the company and basic knowledge of what you were getting into. Second round case study interview worked through critical thinking skills about a business structure. Mock client calls tested communication and negotiation abilities.

The interview process was great. First interview was with a hiring manager (30-45 mins, introductions, behavioral questions), second round is a case study (75-90 mins, introductions, brief presentation, case study questions), final round interview with two higher-ups in the company (20 mins, opportunity to show interest in the company). Before each interview, you are sent some slides with all the information you will need to prepare. It's super helpful.
