Third Bridge interview questions

I had a great experience throughout the interview process. I applied through an employee referral and got an invitation for the first round later that day. The interview process felt more like a series of conversations, which made it much easier and more engaging. The first round was an HR screening where the recruiter’s friendly approach set the tone by explaining the role and company culture. The second round was more behavioral questions and why this company interests you. The third round, a case study, felt like a collaborative brainstorming session rather than a test, as the interviewer guided the discussion thoughtfully. Finally, the senior leader interview focused on alignment with the company’s vision, maintaining the conversational and welcoming atmosphere throughout. This approach helped ease nerves and allowed me to showcase my skills naturally. Everyone I interviewed with had good things to say about the company and the position and answered every question I had with positivity.

The interview process was very efficient and I got to know the decision after each round within days of the interview. Every interviewer was welcoming and supportive, with genuine interest in seeing me succeed.
