I progressed to the 2nd round of interviews and was told they would get back to me for scheduling and then they never did.
I contacted them a few times but they weren't responsive.

Interview
First interview with HR. Very nice chat and open conversation, mainly motivational questions. Second round was an interview with a manager, very professional and straight to the point, no conversation. Competency questions mainly.

Interview
Worst job interview I have ever had! The first round consists of a Google call to better know the company and the applicant’s profile. Had a first interview with a certain Brianna and I’ve never felt so unheeded.
The interviewer was bit late to begin with and didn’t apologies when joining the call. Then very briefly introduced herself and rushed me with basic questions about the job itself. Like “do you agree with the salary”, “are you authorised to work in the U.S.”. When it was my turn to introduce myself, the interviewer didn’t even care listening and sounded like she wanted to end the call as soon as possible. The whole interview seemed really transactional instead of a real conversation.
They also ask basic behavioural questions but again the answers didn’t seem to matter since the interviewer was barely listening and was just moving to the next question with a “Ok”.
I would not recommend applying to this company especially if the first experience I’ve had represents their culture.
