Third Bridge interview questions

The interview process involves 3 -4 stages including HR and technical rounds. The technical round is about 1.5 hours and requires a basic understanding of value chains. The number of interviews completely depends on the role and how you perform in the interview the minimum being 3 interviews.

Disinterested interviewer. The person who interviewed me didn’t seem wanting to do this interview from the beginning. She was asking behavioral questions but wasn’t even paying attention to my answers. She barely gave me the occasion to introduce myself and talk about my experience. It felt like a one-way conversation so she could finish the meeting as soon as possible. Even though I was answering the questions she was asking like “give me a time when…”, she was either not paying attention or doing something else. I would not recommend wasting your time applying for this company, especially if this interview process reflects their culture. I cannot imagine how it is working there.
