Third Bridge interview questions

Submitted my CV and CL via cognolink's website. Received a request for a phone interview about a week later. The phone interview was pretty straightforward - they want to make sure you present well over the phone (keep the "ums" and "uhs" and "likes" to a minimum). My interviewer asked for specific examples of times I failed, worked well in a team, and accomplished something note worthy. After the phone interview there was an in-person "Super Day" interview in NYC. Several people (4 on my day) interview on the same day. You are separated and two interviewers (1 person from HR and 1 Team Leader) ask you questions. There is one case study (don't freak out about this they just want to make sure you can breakdown a supply chain...use common sense). The second interview is about you, your accomplishments, how you work in a team - I cannot stress enough how important specific examples are!
