I was approached by someone from the Recruitment Team and asked if I was interested, then took part in a phone interview after which I was invited to the face to face interview. I turned up on the day along with three other interviewees, and was taken to a room by myself. I had the first round of the interview, which was about an hour long and conducted by two senior employees. This involved about 40 minutes of competency based questions and 20 minutes looking at a case study. I then had a ten minute break and another half an hour interview conducted by two different employees. The interview questions provided on Glass door definitely helped with the competency based questions. The competency questions were quite enjoyable, it was the case study that caught me off guard.
