I applied online. I interviewed at Third Bridge in Mar 2016
Interview
I applied on the website and about two weeks later I got a phone call to set up a phone interview for the following day. The person who called me was in an extremely loud environment so it was difficult to hear. The lady asked pretty common questions about why I want to work there etc. She said I would hear back within a week about "Super Day". I still have not heard back, I even tried to contact the interviewer but I have not heard any responses. I believe this makes the HR seem extremely unorganized, you should at least inform potential candidates of your decision.

Interview
Two different interviews, each with two people interviewing. First interview was mostly to do with own experiences and competencies, and focused around CV.
