I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Third Bridge (Shanghai, Shanghai) in May 2016
Interview
I received email from HR asking why I was interested in this role and my career goal. After I replied the email, HR scheduled me a phone screening interview. I got invitation right after the phone interview. The entire process was quick. They seems like hiring a lot recently. Asking me when I can on broad and attend their training with new hires next month.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Third Bridge (Londres, Angleterre) in Jun 2016
Interview
Informal phone conversation; Case study-Part 1; Phone interview; Case study-Part 2; Face to face interview.
The interviewer was extremely impolite; firstly by being late for the interview without apologising, then by constantly criticising my answers to the non-sense questions, by interrupting me and by being extremely impolite. It made it feel like it was a formal exam which I have to pass with distinction, instead of being a 2-way process. The interviewer was totally disrespectful and the questions where out of context and irrelevant to the job specification. Total waste of time and awful culture!
I applied online by sending my CV. About a week later I was invited for a phone interview. They were later calling than we had arranged and due to some computer problem on their end, disappeared halfway through and had to call back. The interview itself only lasted about twenty minutes-- I had discovered since arranging the interview that the role is much more of a cold calling one so I definitely wasn't particularly enthusiastic.
