I applied online and received email a few days for a quick phone screen. This was followed by a phone interview with very detailed behavioral questions, and took almost an hour. Final step was a super day/case study with 4 people broken up into two interview teams.

Competency based phone interview , they give you a couple of days to prepare. You have to know exactly what the role is, it does require cold calling and they ask you over the phone if you are willing to do so under the role.
