Third Bridge interview questions

Phone interview first, then two group interview, one case study, most of it is behavioral questions, just answer it with your experience and you should be fine. It took 1 month from the interview to giving the offer.

Phone screened by a recruiter on behalf of the company. Asked to provide some sample code to demonstrate my abilities. I was then asked in for a face to face interview with a 3 members of the development team and the CTO. The interview lasted around an hour and a half and was quite informal, mostly consisting of questions from the development staff. Indication was given that the next step would be a tech test and a further interview. After 1 week, was told that the company "would not be proceeding" with zero feedback as to why or constructive feedback on the interview. Disappointedly unprofessional in this respect.
