I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Third Bridge (Londres, Angleterre) in Apr 2015
Interview
2 rounds of phone interviews, one over 40 minutes long, and all focused on competency questions. The woman conducting them was very friendly and approachable. One face-to-face interview in London, no compensation for travel. 2 rounds of interviews, including a case study. Most of the interviewers were very friendly and welcoming (5 in total), although a couple were quite cold and reserved, which seemed at odds with the company's ethos. Questions were quite uninspiring, same thing over and over again.

Interview
The interviewer didn't seem very engaged or encouraging, and the questions were a bit vague. He introduced himself in a rushed manner and then asked me to talk about myself. Then he proceeded with the interview questions.
