I applied online. I interviewed at Third Bridge (Hong Kong)
Interview
Basic behavioral questions were involved. Not many technical questions. I felt unrespected because the interviewer did not open the video camera throughout the interview process.
Second round interview is about case interview, and also meet the managers and general partners.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Third Bridge in Oct 2024
Interview
Applied online. Heard back quickly and had an initial interview. The interviewer was really friendly and took an interest in personal and professional development. Questions were competency based but not the basic type. They had a bit of a twist and were a bit contradictory so be able to remain calm and think on your feet even if you have prepared answers. They gave feedback in an email afterwards which I appreciated.

Question 1
Describe a time when you’ve worked competitively as part of a team? Describe a time when you’ve had to make sacrifices. Can’t remember the rest.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Third Bridge (Dallas, TX) in Jun 2024
Interview
I submitted an application and received a link to select a time slot for an interview (and got a confirmation email for that time.) On the day of, I waited around for half an hour after the scheduled time and nobody showed up. I replied to the initial email to ask about a rescheduling, but nobody responded to that either.
I know someone who works at Third Bridge who helped me figure out what I would say in the interview. He was shocked that this happened and gave me the interviewer's work email so I can ask him personally about the situation. I sent two emails over two days. No response. So, I clicked the original time-slot link to schedule an interview again.
He showed up this time, but did not apologize for missing the first interview or acknowledge any of my emails. He was also a bit awkward. He asked me one of the questions twice and made a couple comments about my answers that didn't make any sense, like he wasn't paying attention. He was also ambiguously condescending at times. My rejection email came a few days later with no feedback.
I have a very good grasp of the job and company through my connection. I graduated from a top-20 university and have a lot of experience working in client facing/consulting-related jobs. I genuinely believe I am qualified for this job and deserved a better interviewer. I'd ask for feedback, but I have hard time thinking anyone would reply to me.
I am so disappointed in Third Bridge. I really thought this job was a great fit for me.
