Third Bridge Client Service Associate interview questions

Not a great experience overall. I had a first round interview with a recruiter who was late by 30 minutes, and the whole interview felt quite rushed. I had trouble understanding my interviewer and felt bad for asking him to repeat himself multiple times. What's worse was that my interviewer did not seem to be focused during our interaction. And I heard nothing back after the interview.

Good luck. They want you to follow STAR method for every question. Very formal interview. Be well prepared and carefully script your answers. Interview flow in general was fast so be responsive.
