I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Third Bridge
Interview
The initial phone screen lasted about 15 minutes and was pretty standard—they asked about my experience and told me about the position. The interview—a phone interview—was a behavioral interview that lasted about a half hour. Perhaps it was due to my inexperience with behavioral interviews, but I found it quite tough. I can't remember the exact questions very well now but they were all in the format of "tell me about a time when you..." (helped a teammate who was struggling, had a difficult client, etc.). I had prepared answers for most of them and delivered them, but after every one, the interviewer would ask for more specifics. One of my stories was from over a year ago so I didn't have an answer to his question because I couldn't remember a detail.

Question 1
I'm having a tough time remembering specific questions but they were all "tell me about a time when..."
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Third Bridge (Hong Kong) in Oct 2019
Interview
Phone Screening (1hr), Manager In (1hr), VP In (1hr) - Manager and VP are done on the same day in their office. Phone screening is about basic aptitude questions and a walkthrough of your CV. Manager and VP will ask more about how you approach a problem and ask you to explain how you can adapt to the job.
I applied online and later the same day I received an email from the HR. I was asked to write an essay to answer several questions via email first, then a phone interview/screening was scheduled.
